One source of truth
One answer. Every channel. Every time.
Most organizations do not have one knowledge base. They have five, and none of them knows about the other four. A single source is not a bigger library. It is one answer that carries its own proof, and reaches everywhere at once.
Read-only to start, in your own tenant. Nothing has to move first.
Maintained onceWritten and updated in one place, by the team that owns the subject. The other four places stop being answers and become pointers.
Validated onceA name, a review date and a version behind every answer. Drafts and expired answers are invisible to every channel, by design.
Delivered everywhereThe agent desktop, the chatbot, the portal and the voicebot read from the same record, at the same moment.
The foundation
One source of truth. Living, not stored.
Same question. One answer. Everywhere at once.

Three channels. One answer. And it says where it came from.
Change it once. Every channel changes with it.
How it works
Three moments, not thirty features.
A feature list tells you nothing about the day of the person who has to use the thing. So here is the whole platform as three moments in the life of one answer.
Moment one
Somebody writes it down, once.
An answer starts in a template, so it comes out the same shape every time. It links to the source document and to the related answers, so the person reading it can see what it is built on. Write it once, and the other four places stop being separate answers and start being pointers.
Do you cover a replacement device during repair?
Moment two
Somebody puts their name on it.
An owner, a reviewer, a date by which it has to be looked at again. Until that has happened the answer stays a draft, and a draft is invisible to every assistant. That single rule is the difference between a search index and a foundation.
Do you cover a replacement device during repair?
Moment three
It leaves, in four shapes, saying one thing.
The chatbot gets a short answer, the agent screen gets the full one with the exception, the portal gets the public version and the assistant gets the source. Same answer, formatted for where it lands. Change it once and all four change in the same moment. There is no republishing round.
The same answer, from the inside.
Access and history on one record, not in a separate tool.
Who may open this SSO and RBAC
Roles come from your identity provider. Revoke there and it is gone here, in the same minute.
What happened to it v14
Every version is kept. You can show a regulator what the answer was on any given day.

Who this is actually for
Somebody is on the phone right now.
She has ninety seconds. The customer wants to know whether the repair covers a replacement device. She finds three answers: one from the intranet, one a colleague pasted into the team chat last spring, and one the assistant just produced with complete confidence. Two of the three are wrong, and nothing on her screen says which two.
So she picks the one that sounds most official, and hopes. Everything on this page exists for that ninety seconds. Not for the audit, not for the dashboard. For her, on that call, with the customer waiting.
Somebody is in the field right now.
He is standing at a street cabinet with a procedure to follow and a work instruction that changed in June. He opens it on his phone, in the app he already uses for the job, and it comes from the same source the people on the phone work from. Same question, same validated answer, whichever end of the organization it is asked from.
Built by people who did that job.
Polly did not start in a category playbook. It started in contact-center projects across Europe in 2015, where the same thing kept happening: good people giving confident answers nobody had checked. We built the fix we kept wishing existed.
Meet the team

Your stack, connected
You run one contact-center platform. Not eight.
So we do not ask you to replace it. Polly sits underneath the tools you already run and feeds every one of them the same validated answer.
Contact center you run one

Agent assist and self-service inside the platform your team already works in, all day, every day.
CRM and workplace

The same answer where the customer record and the conversation already live, so nobody has to switch tabs to be right.
Open by design
Whatever is next on your roadmap connects to exactly the same source, including the tools we have not met yet.
