Polly for Talkdesk
One answer, inside the window they already work in.
Your agents live in Talkdesk all day. Polly sits underneath it and hands them the one validated answer to the question on the line, with the source and the date it was last checked attached. No second tab, no search, no guessing which version is the current one.
Read-only to start · in your own tenant · nothing to migrate

Where the call, the chat and the agent desktop already live.
Self-service and the voicebot answer from exactly the same place.

Who this is actually for
Somebody is on the phone right now.
She has ninety seconds. The customer wants to know whether the repair covers a replacement device. She finds three answers: one from the intranet, one a colleague pasted into the team chat last spring, and one the assistant just produced with complete confidence. Two of the three are wrong, and nothing on her screen says which two.
So she picks the one that sounds most official, and hopes. Everything on this page exists for that ninety seconds. Not for the audit, not for the dashboard. For her, on that call, with the customer waiting.
Somebody is in the field right now.
He is standing at a street cabinet with a procedure to follow and a work instruction that changed in June. He opens it on his phone, in the app he already uses for the job, and it comes from the same source the people on the phone work from. Same question, same validated answer, whichever end of the organization it is asked from.
Built by people who did that job.
Polly did not start in a category playbook. It started in contact-center projects across Europe in 2015, where the same thing kept happening: good people giving confident answers nobody had checked. We built the fix we kept wishing existed.
Meet the team

Agent assist in action
Ninety seconds, and one answer she can stand behind.
This is what it looks like on the desktop your team already has open. Polly reads the conversation, recognizes what is being asked, and puts up the validated answer with the source underneath it. She reads it, agrees, and sends it.

Marloes · 04:02
Hi, I bought a jacket on sale three weeks ago but it does not fit. Can I still return it?
You · 04:09
Good news, sale items follow the same 30-day return window, so your jacket is still eligible for a full refund. I will set that up for you now.

Detected intent · Return eligibility, sale item
Sale items follow the same 30-day return window as standard items. It has been three weeks and the jacket is unworn, so she is eligible for a full refund.
From the source
A search box gives her five documents and lets her pick. This gives her the answer that the owner of that policy has validated, and nothing else is reachable.
The source, the version and the date it was last checked sit under every suggestion. If it is ever questioned afterwards, the trail is already there.
Polly proposes, the agent sends. And when she marks something as unhelpful, that lands with the owner of the answer instead of nowhere.
The same question
Nothing moves. Only what it is worth.
One answer, three states. The words on the page stay where they are. What changes is whether anyone owns it, when it was last checked, and whether an assistant is allowed to use it.
Someone wrote it down. That is all. No owner, no review date, and no channel may serve it. It is invisible until a team puts their name on it. A named team carries it, it was checked against the policy it comes from, and the next check is already scheduled. This is the only state in which an assistant may use it. Same owner, same wording, same place. But the review date passed eleven months ago. It is still being served, and nobody has looked at it since.

Reimbursement after referral
Covered up to 75%, I think, if the GP referred them. Someone should check the €1,000 threshold. Covered up to 75% of the contracted rate, with a referral from the general practitioner. Prior approval is required above €1,000. Covered up to 75% of the contracted rate, with a referral from the general practitioner. Prior approval is required above €1,000.
An assistant may not use this answer yet. Every channel that asked this question today got this answer. Every channel that asked this question today got this answer too.
How it connects
You are adding a layer, not replacing a platform.
The question we get from architects is always the same one: what do I have to rip out, and how fast can I undo it. The answer is nothing, and immediately.
Connect what you already have
The intranet, the help center, the agent scripts, the policy documents and the one spreadsheet. They stay where they are. Polly reads them and brings the answers together in one place, read-only to start, in your own tenant.
Nothing moves
Give every answer an owner
This is the part that makes it different from search. A name, a review date and a version go behind each answer. Drafts and expired answers become invisible to every channel, by design, so they cannot reach a customer.
The work that pays off later
Switch it on in Talkdesk
The suggestion appears in the agent desktop next to the conversation. The same validated answer goes to your chatbot, your portal and your voicebot at the same moment, because they all read from the same source.
One source, four channels
What does not happen.
×No migration into another suite, and no eighteen-month program before anyone sees an answer.
×Talkdesk does not get replaced, reconfigured or worked around. It stays exactly what it is.
×Your knowledge does not leave your tenant, and it does not become the property of a suite you then cannot leave.
×No answer reaches a customer because a model was confident. It reaches them because a person validated it.
Your stack, connected
You run one contact-center platform. Not eight.
So we do not ask you to replace it. Polly sits underneath the tools you already run and feeds every one of them the same validated answer.
